1. Returns & Exchanges

  • You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the product is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.
  • Sale or discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange unless otherwise stated.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • To help us investigate, provide photos or short video of the item and packaging. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or initiate a refund.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3 working days after we approve the return.
  • Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used skincare and hygiene products, personalized/customized orders, and perishable or intimate items cannot be returned for safety and hygiene reasons.
